You'll find that anytime a large amount of economic activity is occuring, pundits sprout from the ground like weeds. This is as typical in the computer field (the present debate) as it is in world trade (thus, socialism), research funding (greenhouse effects, ice ages, cold fusion), popular culture (race and gender politics) and a host of other "idea markets".Like anything else, watch your pocket, lest a leftist hand force its way in there. To keep the Other Guys from getting out of hand, throw some leaf to the hounding fiends of socialism any time the capitalists try to cheat you (like declaring ketchup as a 'vegetable', pouring PCBs into the ground water, and so forth). Keeping a lean, hungry stable of leftists around is not only considered "compassionate" and "progressive", it's good business. It keeps the entrepreneurs honest.

P.S. Went to see Mr. Limbaugh once (dressed in a Communist fur hat and East German military overcoat. When asked what I was up to, I told him "I helped kill the bear - now I get to wear the pelt"). He's a nice enough fellow, but only has so much breadth to his knowledge. Leftist are such an easy mark, but being an apologist for the Republicans is another story entirely. James Carville he is not, and comes off short in attempting to fill the role.
Suppose we'll just have to make our way as we always have - on our merits. Ya well.
