working for you because they need the money. They don't have the passion for your business
that you have. I believe people---all people---require more than income increases and
standard-of-living adjustments. I believe people, given the choice, also want intelligent,
challenging work (at least some of the time).
:I don't disagree with that at all. I hated school and I hated working for other guys because of
the lack of creative input. It's a free country. What stops anyone from doing what I did?
Balls, brains and a desire to produce value rather
