There is of course social security - currently rather regressive. I'm not a statistician, but your cutsy pencil playing sounds suspiciously like those MLM and pyramid schemes that collapse once the base from which to draw (your 10.5% interest) runs out.

(but then maybe (like Newton?) I'm just congenitally suspicious of getting 'something' from 'nothing')
