Marxist nanotechnology?

Ok, lets say someone really did create those little nanobots which could make a car in a hour out of junk. You want a machine like that huh? Well the inventors are cool with that - if you buy it. Needs maintenance? Thats ok, expert inc can do that for you. need it do different things? Sure Nanoprogramming inc can programme the massively complex rules needed, maybe sell them like video games. 'make a chair' programme $50, 'make a car programme $500.

in other words - tech isnt a 'cure all' for whatever ills you perceive, not does abundance replace the things which drive excusive ownership and trading value for value to mutual benefit.
