No anarcho-capitalist has anything against libraries in principle, though they probably do have something against them as currently practiced. I expect that, in an AC society, there would still be libraries and they would be more efficient and more responsive to their patrons than the current ones. (A trip to Harold Washington library here in Chicago can often be described as Kafka-esque, especially if you have to get information from one of the lazy, confused, and belligerent librarians.)
So, given that things are the way they are, and I'm paying for this library system whether I want to or not, I might as well use it. We don't live in my ideal society and it's futile for me to try to live as if I do.
