I guess I'll have to read the debate. I don't get how people who choose meat are harming the earth any less than people who don't fix leaky Freon systems, or people who commission forest clearcuttings, or Da Whole Geopolitical Bomb in its splendor... but I'm more concerned with healthy eating than with any "direct moral rules" that might apply to any particular meal, sure I eat meat...mmmmmmmustardgreens too...
