Well, with their unique and typical (i.e. incorrect) grasp of the English language, I think they've mispunctuated the phrase slightly; it *should* read "Com Passion, ate con, serv a tis(z) mmm"
Which means "crucify all the Commies, feed the populace bullshit and then throw hissy fits, yeah?"
