What I read in the CIA World Factbook

Actually, the rate of growth in Burkina Faso is still high. I cannot see how it could be otherwise. This place is moribund, and virtually any change would likely stimulate growth.

What I read in the CIA World Factbook entry wasn't encouraging.You might think them biased, but I still think I'll pass on immigrating. Sorry.

P.S. Didn't the Communists have similar achievements in China? Doesn't forming a railroad company, and paying for a workforce, beat depending on volunteers? Don't you think that the present top-down administration of all business in Burkina Faso, a legacy of 'socialism', have anything to do with the lack of more substantial development there?
