The whole thing is about what people do and weve discussed it before, the idea that there will be abundance is based upon th equation "if people want to do it they will"It is the 'want' I questioned, and why I dont think it would happen.

There exists the great opportunity for gangs to develop and grow by exploiting the assumed 'good nature' of willingly mass producing commune dwellers and for such gangs to attempt to impose rules etc. They dont have to be like brutish biker gangs, they can be religious, 'scientific socialists' - whatever. There is no more to stop them here that in any other setting except for the assumption above.
