The advantages of capitalism are well known. Leftists, when choosing to practice 'activism', always pick a mark with enough wealth to make the exercise worthwhile. The lucrative potential of the U.S. is no less obvious to the Left than it is to businessmen.When will it end? Look back to your economics. It will end when it is no longer profitable to continue. So long as such commentary evokes a response (and it will ... to ignore it is to welcome a revolution), it will invariably continue. The outlandish premises and dubious conclusions presented will flourish until then. The potential profit from a successful con is too much to ignore.
Meanwhile, above the din, we enjoy a lifestyle better than anyone who has ever lived (the noble savages of pre-European Africa and America nonwithstanding, of course). This state of affairs is likely to improve over your lifetime, and is rapidly spreading to other parts of the non-Western world - even to such once blighted places as Russia, and the states of Eastern Europe. Enjoy it, and fight the good fight for those to come.
