Hmmm, materialist and idealist at the same time- my point was that you can never 'wear and idea out' in the same way you can a lathe. Ideas are the immenance of welath, labour makes it real.

Not if teh other owned the lathe and machinery, etc. And plus- IT WAS JUST A SIMPLIFIED MODEL FOR BOB'S SAKE!!!!! ;)

: They are now, people dont want profits for themselves but for purpose.

Really, not so, see my point about surviving, growing,a nd attracting investment, etc. profits become an end in themselves.
