No, free markets require Capital up front, no capital, no entrance, you could borrow it....

A true Resprivate. As Crowley said' 'So ling as ye hurt non, "do what thou wilt" shall be teh whole of teh law'. SO ling as ye hurt on- thats a bugger of a condition, especially as soon as you accept that we live in a social network of interdependance.

What is an interested third party? the employees of a firm? The people living within Ten miles of a union carbide plant? (See the Bhopal Factor) If all interested Parties are gonna have a say, shouldn't it be an equal say, not one slanted by money and relative wealth? Wouldn't we call such private negotiations, emocracy, when its extended over a larger number of people?
