Set a race whoever wins is privileged whoever loses is not. This is the principle of capitalism right?

Now whoever loses the race will be beheaded, is it still fair? Because this is what happens in the real world.

Now give some of the athletes motorbikes and cars and leave the others on foot, now is it fair? why isnt it fair because some have an advantage over others? Well wake up and smell the coffee.
