Not "abolishing". This requires a top-down approach
and all of mankind's greatest accomplishments, the
development of law, money and language evolved
spontaneously and without central direction.
For the absence of money to arise, massive production
will have occur bringing its costs to zero.
I think this is possible but only after the disappearance
of the nation state and most of its trappings inhibiting
same.
The state is not know for permitting unfettered spontaneity.
