The Bhopal Factor.

And lets not forget the Bhopal factor, his and Joel's acceptance of the notion of Natural monopoly, and my own explosions of the notion of a competition of violence, rather than a monopoly, oh, and also the whole money question...

All of which are as yet unresolved at the time of writing.
