Good grief Gee...were in the era of global economics now. Entire factories pick up and go. It's not a 100m race, it's more like a marathon to the bottom, as competition requires competitive pricing which is achieved by outsourcing from regions with the cheapest labor and most lax environmental standards.
Even the so-called miracle of "silicon valley" is beginning to experience this same effect.
