Fine, no armchairs, I've spoke with guys on estates who have been called on in the past to fight gun battles with the army and I dont like that sort of revolutionary that much either but the point is tactical alliances must be made. I'm not a republican for example but if I lived in Derry after bloody Sunday when the army went nuts and carried out a final solution style putsch against the civil rigths association I think I'd have been happy of a republican presence.
The same goes for Kosovo and the KLA.

It helped turn the vote. Even Amnesty International was taken in. Only much later (too late) was it discovered that it was all a fabrication created by a PR firm paid for by the Kuwaiti government.
It doesnt matter whether or not that particular incident is true or not it gives people a general idea, shocks them, which is necessary because the helplessness of babies as opposed to grown men massacred during peaceful protests can sway a vote.
