: How did you know that I merely sit at home in my bathrobe, and collect a check, Kevin... it's a very impressive claim you are making, to claim to know the smaller details of the personalities of others based on a few facts gleaned from an e-mail discussion (read Kevin's other posts, friends, especially "sammy, sammy, sammy" of 9/6/97, if you want to fill yourselves in on the other details of Kevin's claims about me). The rest of us I'm sure want to know your secret, how you do it. You are, as you said, battling the "widespread ignorance distributed over this medium," and the fact that you can claim to know what I do for a living gives us all the impression that you claim to know a lot, that you think we are very ignorant when compared to you.
Sam....you aren't getting angry are you. And, friends, have a read at some of sammy's other posts....I am sure that your assumptions about what you consider repulsive are quite clear....as to my inept ability to see into the depths and souls of you through your mail, must simply be another function of intuition....You have a funny way of preaching yourself, and then to cut and paste your response to mine....it is interesting to watch which portions you choose as to the uneducated person, they do sound very clever....
So we are down to the emotion verses fact argument. Looks like we are finally getting somewhere.
