I agree. Unconstitutional agencys of the US fedral government should be dismanteled immediatly. I would like to add the following to the agencies you listed: EPA, BATF, NEA, HUD, and the "tax-court system". Although I do not think anybody has controlled these agencies; there is the potential for abuse, by liberal government reformists, or as he suggested, corparations. I do not like these agencies: they are a potential abuse and could break the near-balenced capitalism we now have.

Its not Ironic that our represenative do not want to support a truer democracy.
