I mean, what I was quering for, i suppose, was a definition of social division of labour, because it still strikes me that in the case you cite that *is* social division, and is nothing different from what I advocated, except that I was/am against a mandatory, structured rotation - since I think it would end up becoming more like Sliding-Scale Labour Time vouchers (because people would start to swap).
This is why I was sure we were arguing past one another.
I simply hold that without 8compulsion* you couldn't get a situation where people could work and not do skivvy jobs. Anyway, if you'd just clear me up on that.
And of course all labour is to be shared, because all Labour is done by the community - that does not mean that each member of the community does every job, but that they contribute to the community - from each according to ability implies difference of labour. Anyway, old discussion, I'll drop it.... ;)
