Yes...I can also say it in Greek. Aristos (not sure how to make Greek characters on my computer) means "good," or "best." However, I am more partial to "elite rule."
Unfortunately, aristocracy now has connotations of inbred royalty that just leeches off its country in the name of "divine rule." Ah well.
