So JD, can you name a Democrat Presidential candidate that opposes the death penalty?Can you ascertain a REAL challenge somewhere out there to Roe v. Wade, one that the grassroots folks can't stop?
Do you REALLY believe that the Demorats aren't there to put the liberal lobbies to sleep, that they're ANY MORE compassionate than the Repubs? Or is this idea that "Democrats appoint nicer judges" just FOLKLORE?
Are you REALLY such a pawn of the One-Party System that you would give up resistance, and retreat to the strategy of pleas to the king for mercy? You talk about the "larger arena". Are you participating in such an arena, or merely giving it your manufactured consent?
Do you REALLY think the Repubs can't be BRIBED into showing "compassion" of the type you may once have seen from the Demos?
Do you REALLY think the Christian Coalition ISN'T disgusted with the Republican Party?
Look, working for the Green Party isn't just voting. It's ORGANIZING. People who think it's just voting are waiting for what Gramsci called the "passive revolution," and which he typified by the ascendency of Mussolini in Italy. If Mussolini ran as a Demorat against Hitler the Repub, would you vote for him?
People who STAY in the Green Party hold out hope that a ballot-status Green Party somewhere in this country will persist. And we're a damned slim margin at present, definitely in California but generally in the eleven states where we've got ballot status. Y'all vote Demorat, bourgeois democracy wins, and YOU LOSE.
Would you RATHER have NO CHOICE beside the One-Party System? See, people such as me guard that choice.
