I can remember back in my university Macro-Economics days, the professor put forth the proposition that no one should be able to pass on more than one million dollars to their children (that's one million per child, mind you) and asked what the class thought about that.
Well, child of the proletariat that I was, I thought that sounded way too generous... however, to the kids sitting in that Macro-Economics course on Daddy's dime, on their way to their degree's in business, it was complete and total anathema. You'd think that if such a law passed, progeny such as they would lose all 'motivation' to succeed.
:::Krasny holds hand to forehead; narrows eyes::: I predict a similiar response to your modest proposal here... the bourgeoisie simply cannot be bothered to give a damn for a measly few million $$'s. --K
None.
