Norm: $$$$$$$$$$$$$Just between you and me? I think that the whole incident was manufactured as a direct result of the last Cessna shoot-down. I can't prove it or offer any evidence, it's just a gut feeling.

Qx: Oh...kinda like the Tonkin Gulf incident? Ask Stuart Gort about that and he'll type out something out of the "Little Black Book" in order to counter that.

Norm: This was a polite way of throwning down the gauntlet...sort of like a showdown in a Western flick. The Cubans chickened out.

Qx: Perhaps that's what American interests would like you to think. Have you thought about that?
