Could you please provide a source where Robert Conquest advocates fascism?

Could you please provide a source where Robert Conquest advocates fascism? Or did you just mean "fascist" as a general term meaning "a bad person"?

By the way, this is not an attack. I don't really know Conquest's work. He very well could be a fascist, for all I know. But I do want to know.
