Wow, another firm believer in capitalism. Seems to me if you were interested in anything except the advancement of your own needs, capitalism would seem a little weak. I grant you that the competative market leads to great technological advances -the atomic bomb for instance(sarcasm); however, in order for the world to make ethical advances we, the citizens of the world, need to have a common goal, not adversity. If your goal in life is shallow, self-centered materialism, then by all means "GO CAPITALISM." On the other hand, If you actually love your fellow man, and care about the deteriorating condition of humankind, rethink your ideas. It's hard to change your conceptions of morality and justice; however, all first steps are hard. None.
