Do you mean to persuade people to adopt it through democratic, peaceful means, or do you intend to overthrow the present system by force and install and implement socialism by force? If the latter, what do you do about those who reject socialism?

Persuasion, then planned and prepared general strike, occupation of armed bases steal weapons etc. like in the collapse of the share scheme in Albania, encourage destruction of weapons. Try to accomodate anyone who doesnt agree with socialism EG individuals could be given all the land the need to support themselves and their families and left to live in peace.
