So to be a Marxist, you can't enjoy anything in life

: : Barry, how would your socialist economy accommodate people like David, who need to practice their skill intensively in order to master it?

: Presuming that you read this post and this post and still reject the idea that even specialized workers can DO OTHER THINGS (like David does every time he shows up here on this debate board), I will have to say that my initial suspicions about you are being confirmed. . .

You presumed wrong - I haven't read those posts. Can't you answer a question just once without being a rude son of a bitch?

: : Barber's "Adagio for Strings": brings tears to my eyes every time.

: And the REALITY that 75% of Americans are stuck in mindless jobs (7) brings tears to MY eyes, you petit-bourgeois liberal elitist.

So to be a Marxist, you can't enjoy anything in life, even great music, for one second because if you do, you'll need to whip yourself out of guilt because all is not right in the world? Once again, you seem to think yourself the only one here who gives a damn about anything. Is that what Marxist training does to a person?

My initial suspicion that you're a holier than thou jerk is being confirmed daily. If all Marxist revolutionaries are like you, then even if Marxism is the absolute best system ever to be devised in this universe for the next 10 trillion years, I'd want nothing to do with it if it means adopting your chastizing, nagging, insulting, self-righteous, and obnoxious persona.

End of discussion between us, Barry.
