SDF: As far as I can tell, the P & F party has been on the decline for years, mostly because VANGUARDISTS of various types have managed to use strongarm tactics to divide the party against itself. I've only been to one statewide convention, San Diego 1992, and the partisans seem to have no problem with regularly going to the front of the convention hall and denouncing each other in public.
