What is something has NO use-value

Don: What is something has NO use-value, yet it required considerable labor to create. Does it have labor-value? Like, for example, digging a hole and filling it in. Considerable labor, no use value (we are assuming here that your mother-in-law was not placed in the hole, etc.).
