JJ has erected a (copious, pretentious) straw man on his own (misleading) terms---in order to posist that 'all exertion' = equals use-value which (if true) produces some fairly ribald predicates. But, as you have disinterestedly observed, JJ's whole presentation went splat somewhere around here.
