That isnt how people actually drive, and driving is probably not the best analogy but lets use it. Were not talking about what we might ideally want to see, we are talking about what actually happens and how people actually behave. Look at almost any set of crash statistics and observe the number of accidents purported to be caused, at least in part, by speeding, red light jumps, alcohol, sleepiness, rushing for deadlines, tiredeness, stress, arguments and so forth. Great consideration is generally given to fellow road users, but this is not an universal consistent condition - its specific to the driver and the context.
The model of all owns all is not a good fit with how people behave. Do you know what you have to do to get square pegs into round holes? Break them. I have agreed a long time ago (with RD) that if everyone was cheerily happy to agree to every facet of socialism then there would be no problem - but they are not and hence it becomes despotism, or collapses.
: I do not suggest that---in the socialist future---people will do a ZILLION jobs; I only advocate (like the Bolsheviks) that each person should do physical work, specialized work (of one type), and rotate positions within state administration.
Perhaps you have specific plans to ponder? Is that not partly privilege - that some people will still hold specialised roles as one of the bows to their string, whilst never having to do the salt mine work that their neighbour does?
