About job-rotation and "some inequality":I've thought about Stoller's argument some more. Obviously there would be "more equality" with job rotation. And there would be formal equality, too. Yet, as Marx said, people are different, therefore unequal. Can everyone be a brain surgeon? Many people can be brain surgeons, and this would enough for formal equality. But not everyone can be a brain surgeon, and this is doubtless why Marx couched his ideal of communism in terms of freedom and not "equality".
I still don't think it's worth throwing a temper tantrum against NJ. Temper tantrums do not a revolution make.
