McSpotlight: Barry quotes more than one source, Stuart. I don't know what the reputation of the New York Times is; but I've certainly heard of the Cato Institute; I was merely suggesting to Don that he cite some other groups to support his stats rather than just using one source.

(sheesh, I was just trying to give some friendly advice...)
