The Russians have the worst fait … they live in a harsh climate ( only 1/3 of the total land in not frozen ). They have undergone hundreds of wars ( wars always set back economics ), they have had shitty politicians. And to take a look and see the milestones they have set and where they are today ….. I’d say it worked pretty well. When compared to the Americans, they had it easy, they came to a land that was warm and virgin, started to mine all the gold and minerals that they could, all the wars that they have had were insignificant ….. no wonder people were allowed to have freedom and demography. I can’t imagine what it would have been like if Russia would have been democratic. They clearly would have made it. And look at it now that they did try to become democratic. All hail FREEDOM. And the thing is now that they have fallen because of roughen politics And now everyone likes to poke and point at them. And I clearly understand this ….. everyone likes to see someone else ( that is not like themselves ) fail, it is Human Nature.
