Environmentally friendly?

I wish to question if McDonalds really do take as much care in their recycling actions as they say in their statements. The products that are wrapped initially in recycled paper, go further on to become just chucked away and then the waste is not recycled.
The lighting consumption used by the large chain are enormous but i think that in particular areas McDonalds are doing a good thing for the environment.

If the recycling act could be picked up the chain would be moving faster ahead in the environmental process.
