Does anyone have reliable statistics on average sales, number of cars and persons visiting, amount of products and packaging used by a typical or average Macdonald's restaurant

McSpotlight: Surprisingly, the local council will usually have them; here in the UK, you have to do road traffic impact assessments before opening drive-through restaurants.
