Some major differences between those aliens and us:

1. What aliens? Ain't no evidence any exist anyway.

2. In God's creation, he made man higher than, not equal to, the animals. If man is nothing but an animal, than you would be correct. However, man is higher than the animals. Animals don't have an eternal soul, humans do. God created animals in part to supply the needs of men, not us to supply their needs.
