Yes, we all inherited a sin nature from Adam. However, we each sin on our own. "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23

It only takes one sin to make someone a sinner, and since sin cannot enter the presence of God, that sin must be removed before anyone can enter heaven. The Book of Psalms makes it very clear that God know us before we were formed in the womb, so what is written above is correct regarding God dying for our sins before we ever existed, in fact, about 2000 years ago.

The Bible also makes it clear that "the wages of sin is death," meaning eternal damnation and separation from God in hell, but that "the gift of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:23) By Adam all were born into sin; by Christ each can receive forgiveness for his sin and be born into the Kingdom of God. "Except a man be born again, he cannot enter the kingdom of God."
