Hunter, there are many things humans can do to animals and each other. We can enslave each other, and have. We men can mug old women, and have. We can chop down rainforests for short-term benefits, and have.
We can take animals' lives for completely unnecessary reasons, and have. You choose to do this, but don't tell me it's human nature. I don't do it. None of my friends do it. You have a choice on how you'll live in this world, and part of that is how you'll treat those weaker than you, such as ducks. You can treat them with mercy, or you can shoot them full of lead pellets and take their precious lives. Your choice, but given the two options, I will never agree with you.
