There's no two ways about it fault is always with the individual in the incidences of violence and they could as ready lift a kitchen knife as a rifle and go on a killing spree but lets not make it easier for all the diagnosed paranoids etc. by giving them easy access to assault rifles etc.

I mean you cant say it was the weapons fault the weapon could sit in a rack for years and no one would be injuried or killed but if killing is going to be as diffidult as it was in the prefirearms era then maybe some people are going to be easier stopped or think twice about attempting killings altogether.
