not really, though they may have had better aim than the average police officer because of the games, I think it was the fact that there was really no help out there. I am a 15 year white old male going to nathian hale high school in seattle, WA. I can't say what littleton or any other of the schools have, but at nhhs, there are 3 counslers distributed amoungst 1,200 students, averaging to 1 counslor to 400 students. Because of this, I have only seen my counslor once (and i am a sophmore in high school), and that was a scedule change that was a meeting sceduled 3 days in advance. And, again speaking from experience, as i know, most boys of my age and that mindstate will not seek out help on their own, and in fact will turn it away if it's from a source such as parents. The reason there are so few people to help is plain and simple: the taxpayers of washington state are not willing to put up the money to get more. None.
