homeowners rights

I had a question about my right as a home buyer. The house we bought, we bought through owner financing and the house had alot of faults,like the floor was falling in and the walls are seperating from the ceiling. Plus my back door won't shut or lock and all the other doors in my house the door frames are seperating from the house. Do I have any legal rights? They told us they would have it fixed, but it has been a year now and things are getting worse with everyday that passes.--
