clioquinol anti-diarrhea 2,000+ deaths,30,000+blinded/paralyzed
isoproterenol anti-asthma 3,500+deaths
cigarettes social drug 420,000 deaths/year
thalidomide sleeping pill 10,000+ birth defects;
anti-nausea 3,000 still births
From these statistics, you see that animal testing is not profitting society at all. Animal testing is pointless.
