How old do you want to live to be? How old should I live to be? What do you want to die of? What should I die of? What of the other 6 billion inhabitants on this planet? What should they die of, and when? Is it not a little arrogant of humans to assume they should determine the manner and time of each of their (our) deaths? The implication of such thinking, when taken to its logical extreme, is that humans should live forever. That seems a little short-sighted of us, given the already over-extended carrying capacity of this planet. None.
