- Anything Else -Mad Cow Wine?!
This just in. The British are accusing French wine of being contaminated with mad cow disease. Apparently, some years ago French winemakers used an element of cow blood in clarifying their wines (or whatever the technical term is). That's gross enough for us veggies or non-vampires. The French outlawed this several years ago, but now -- possibly in retaliation for the assault on mad cow British beef -- the Brits are saying that vintage French wine will turn your brain into mush. None.
