Vietnam demonstrates that it's not technology or strategy that wins wars it is peoples willingness to suffer and hardened resolve.

If people get bored with war or thing opposition is more attractive then that war wont be won.

This could happen in Kosovo I tell you and if it does every dictator everywhere, with or without an electoral mandate, will be having a go at their least favourite social or ethnic group.
