hillary clinton came to australia last year and discused with our prime minister,our medi care,we have the best system in the world so they (the americans)wanted to copy our system ,we have (that is all of us,poor or rich)a medicare card with a number,wich we get free medicare service for any thing (but you may waight a year or two,for things like cancer)
so bill clinton is trying to getall of america to get a health card, that is EVERYONE,do you think it is an easier way to get americans used to the smart card,in bill clinton book "putting americans fisrt"he says everyone in america will have a smart card!
it souds more like the "Dumb Card"
