Contempt of court is a serious offence

Well Billy Clinton, did the very silly thing of lying under oath. Being a lawyer and all he should have known better. Contempt of court is a serious offence, no matter who you are (Unfortunately contempt of the public is not an offense at all...)

McSpotlight: SDF wasn't referring to that; if you look, the original reason given for impeachment was the unauthorized bombing of other countries without the permission of the legislative bodies of the US.
