Day 273 - 03 Jul 96 - Page 14
We will look at it ourselves.
A. But I do remember the dates being changed. I am not
arguing with that.

Q. You do remember, sorry?
A. I do remember that the dates on the leaflet were
changed. Obviously, I am not arguing with that. They had
to be because the date was different in 1990 to '89.

Q. Just by way of illustration, we may need to get out the
video, but in the file of photographs, which is pink 2,
could I ask you to see if you can find it. It might be up
there. It might be in the shelf. Can you turn to tab 7
please?
A. (Same handed) Yes.

Q. And within tab 7 to page 7. There are photographs numbered
13 and 14?
A. Yes.

Q. Now, that is you, I think, is it not, with a bit more hair
than you have got just now?
A. Yes.

Q. And you are sitting down, in the second one, 14, you are
sitting on the ground?
A. Yes.

Q. And you are, presumably, it looks like, writing on a stack
of leaflets, altering the date?
A. Yes.

Q. Did London Greenpeace use up all those 10,000 leaflets?
A. I cannot remember. I cannot remember at all.
Obviously, we would have given some out that day. There
would not have been -- I mean, I think there were three,
there were three demos that day, you know.

Q. Then finally this; have you still got the agent's notes
there?
A. Yes.

Q. Would you turn towards the front of the file, please, to
page 36?

MS. STEEL: In the notes?

MR. RAMPTON: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: Sorry, which page are you on?

MR. RAMPTON: Have you got it?
A. Yes.

MR. MORRIS: Can you say who it is and the date?

MR. RAMPTON: It is Mr. Pocklington's notes of 23rd November
1989.

MS. STEEL: 23rd.
